Mark has a strong background in electrical design and problem solving. He has been a qualified electrical / instrumentation tradesperson for over 30 years and worked in a variety of roles from electrical tradesperson right through to site resident manager.
With a can-do attitude and fierce determination, he is a driving force on any project. He is a skilled practitioner of transformational change and is always looking for ways to improve and evolve your business.
Brad Slater
Operations Manager
Brad has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry in mining operations across Australia. His roles have included electrical tradesperson, electrical superintendent, maintenance manager and project manager.
His broad knowledge base extends to all facets of the electrical field: both surface and underground mining operations, from green fields construction right through to operation.
His fastidious attention to detail and drive to complete all projects to the highest standard will achieve the best possible outcome for your business.
Adam Dardha
Business Development Manager
Adam has 27 years’ experience in the electrical industry, with the past two decades focused on the mining sector across processing plants, underground operations and port import/export facilities. His mission is to improve safety standards in the electrical industry by applying smart innovation and technology and by building strong, collaborative relationships with key industry groups.

Joe is our Workshop Supervisor and a key driver of day‑to‑day performance in the business. He leads by example on work health, safety and risk management, making sure every job is planned, controlled and completed safely.
His hands‑on leadership style, clear communication and genuine care for his team create a collaborative, accountable workshop culture. With a sharp eye for detail and quality, Joe consistently delivers outcomes that meet – and often exceed – both company and customer expectations.
